Across the street (next to the "river" - actually part of the Indian River Lagoon) from the entrance to the Sunset Ridge Estates. The nest is so well hidden I would never have spotted it except one adult was perched in the next tree, calling.

Platform above the lights in a Little League field. This nest has been in use off and on since at least 1992, when my niece attended the school and they set up a webcam to watch the nest(before webcams were widely available).

The top 20 feet of the pine tree (where the nest is) are dead; the 100 feet below that are thriving pine. Such top-level deadwood is caused by lightning striking the tallest part of the tree.
