In early March a wind storm blew down a tree with a nest from last year -- Osprey returned around the same time frame (possibly 2 males in the same area). This nest just appeared, have not seen a female around, but I'm far from it.

Fish House Island - Lynnhaven River. This nest is monitored by the Maryland Harbor Pilots. They built the nest platform. The small island the platform sits on is slowly being washed away. The platform had to be relocated in 2012.
