all 3 national guard nests were active but only this one, farthest from BAEA nest was productive
confirm 2 but today 3 tussling overhead. 57, sun with clouds, E 10 mph

quick drive by today, overcast 100%, 57 degreees, southwinds, still not seeing any ospreys

2 fledglings perched on snag tree near nest and both adults at tree also
just the 2 larger chicks on the nest this evening
expecting 2 chicks to fledge around first week of august. they are doing great, still have some growing to do, the new platform location has worked out great!
finally able to pull off on side of road, use spotting scope and check nest, both adults on nest, 2 chicks laying down, look hot, then male flew off, female on nest calling for fish, 82, SE9mph, sunny humid
female on nest at 4:30 today, did not see mate or feeding
chick feeding today at noon, male on nest with female
one appears to be incubating today
incubation date is a guess but pair is definitely on eggs, not sure when it began just happy to see this new platform location is successful!
have only seen one osprey at this platform recently, today no osprey seen
moved the nesting platform 3-20-20, ospreys pair arrived on it 9 days later, no sign of incubating
