This nest most likely started incubating in early March. We'll have to count backwards!

Also, there was 1 stray calico cat at the tower.

Replaced wooden platform with fiberglass dish and added a perch December 2012.

THe pair does not seem to be tending the nest. Has stomped down the deterrents on the cell tower and are rebuilding up there again.

Two osprey chicks found dead under platform on 4/23. One was blown out and likely broke his neck. The other may have been kicked out or walked off the side of the platform nest about a week ago, much smaller and lots of ants present. So far the adult female continues to tend the nest so at this point I am still thinking that there is 1 more up there.
