The last few days I've noticed both adults out of the nest on the other perch ( utility pole approx. 50-100 yds away) and the youngster has been out a few times. I've noticed him on the utility pole closet to the nest, I've yet to see him actually take flight, though I've also seen him perched on top of the nest. There is always one adult within view of the youngster. This is as of June 2, 2014

This is my first sighting of the new addition. I'm able to barely notice a head popping up to the top of the nest from my vantage point. Their routine is the same where one is in the nest at all times and the other is at the other perch, or out for a meal.

I am not sure what stage the "family" may be in.. still eggs? hatchlings? chicks? I can not see into the nest. They definitly are not bothered by this ongoing construction...even at night.

I've been noticing that one will be in the nest, and the other one sits on another utility pole approximately 50' away. I've observed this in the mid to late afternoon, 2:15 PM, 3:20 PM, 6:00 PM once in a while I do not see the other one near but it is out of the nest. I've been trying to locate where it maybe going, since it enjoys the same pole as a perch when it is near. Possibly going to the river for fish? Last noticed 4/16/2014

This is the second year I have observed the nest being occupied. I don't think they are even bothered by all the construction below.
