Nesting Diaries
This platform is not in good enough condition to support an usprey pair anymore. I'm not sure if I should remove it. The pole it sits on is full of holes that chimney swifts use. The goose that has used it in 2021 and 2022 did not use it in 2023.
NO activity at this nest. Last three years there was a goose on it but nothing this year.
Last 3 years (2020-2022), this platform had a Canadian goose on it. This year, the Osprey is landing on it that nests on OYCC. It only has a few sticks and dead leaves. The platform pole has a few years left on it before it breaks in half.

Two Osprey arrived on 3/4/12, but they only stayed a couple of days. Must have just been passing through.
