Chick was seen in the nest, female in the nest with it

The head of what might have been a chick was visible.

Monk parakeets nest building and starlings present
One bird present in nest joined by a second bird; assumed pair. The first bird flew off and then returned. When returned, there was a strange, soft, low calling from the nest the pair were dipping their heads in the nest- possible chicks?

Adults arrived December 2012. Incubation began during January 2013. Chicks first seen in nest 2/15/2013. Pair last seen at nest June 2013.
