I believe this nest has been addressed by local utility companies and birds deterred from nesting here.

Observed one osprey fly off and land on nearby construction equipment. Several day after I first observed nest building begin on 3/27 there has been some progress 4 days later.

First Nest Building observed 3/26.19, first spotted 3/17 Flying around lake and even fighting with nearby eagles. Posting some pics of first stick, unforunetly on Utility pole. Pole number reported, hopefully alternative platform could be built nearby.

One of the Sylvan Lake ospreys was divebombing nearby Eagles Nest in Cell Tower and Chirping in Panic mode. Maybe eagle stole a fish or ,maybe eagle grabbed an osprey? I have video but this app will not allow me to up load.
