Did not see any birds on or near the nest.
I did not observe any Ospreys on the nest. The high side of the nest obscures the view of the entire nest as seen from the road.

Adult very low on nest. It also looks like they've continued to build the nest higher so it's hard to see.
Adult brooding or incubating, not sure
Male incubating this morning
Female Incubating; Male visited briefly, but had no fish.
Both adults at nest today. One in incubation posture.
Adult incubation observed. I guess since it was early enough they re-nested.
I agree with Jlspickler. They should be brooding young chicks. Both adults were perched in a nearby cypress both times we passed by on our boat.
I'm not sure if this nest failed, but both parents were off the nest on a nearby post and were on edge. They kept bringing nesting material to the nest, but not incubating at all. No evidence of chicks. If they had them, they'd be so new they would need to be brooded anyways!
When I first arrived the female was incubating, by they switched before I left when the male was standing over eggs while female was fishing nearby.
Watched for about 1 hour, and the female remained hunkered down the whole time, so definitely incubating as of 4/10
Visit by kayak; female on nest, but flew off during viewing; no egg turning observed. Male close by.
While I don't know when the first egg was laid, it is clear they have eggs since the female was turning them with her feet yesterday!
Both adults on this nest for 30 minutes when I monitored them Tuesday, the 26th.
FINALLY saw both adults for myself, haha. The nest still doesn't seem to be any more repaired compared to last week, but I saw sticks being brought by the male twice.
Only one adult again today. I'm not sure if there is building and repair going on right now. It certainly needs it still!
I only saw one of the adults on the nest today between 4:30 and 5:30.
Today at 3:30pm, my friend Shirley was observing this nest and saw both adults in the tree. Let the nest repairs begin!
I visited this nest on 2/21/13, and it looks like it took quite a beating due to several high wind storms in the late summer and fall. Extensive repairs will be needed, but I'll continue to watch for activity!
