observed for 12 minutes. 15% cloud cover with high visibility. No birds observed
Observed for 13 minutes. 100% cloud cover with high visibility. One osprey sitting nearby, no birds on the nest.
observed for 38 minutes; 0% cloud cover with high visibility; 2 osprey on the nest. Bird A sitting on nest, Bird B sitting nearby. Bird A was 'chattering', Bird B flew over and mounted Bird A , appeared to be mating. Bird B flew off and returned with a stick. Bird A incorporated the stick into the nest. Bird B flew off again and returned with another stick. Both birds worked on incorporating the stick into the nest. Bird B flew off again.
observed for 18 minutes, 1 osprey bringing nesting material to the nest and then sat there for a while. A red-tailed hawk came by and flushed the osprey, he circled around and then came back to the nest. 0% cloud cover with high visibility.
Observed for 12 minutes. 1 osprey sitting nearby. Another flew past but did not land.
Observed for 10 minutes, no birds observed.
100% cloud cover with good visibility.
observed for 25 minutes. 100% cloud cover with medium visibility, 2 birds on the nest. A third osprey flew by and seemed to upset the 2 on the nest, they were chattering and flapping. The 3rd bird flew off and landed near nest 6019. One of the 2 on this nest flew off and did not return while I was there.
