One bird (juvenile?) seen on nest, then couple hours later another bird (adult, I think) on nest and a second on nearby utility pole.

Nest/platform is now located in backyard of residence (18 Balmer Court).
Saw 1 bird perched on a utility pole near the nest last Friday (3/18), and today (3/25) 1 on the nest and another on the pole!
Is anyone aware that the location of this nest is set to be developed with 12 homes built around it?
Looks like 2 very big chicks!
Observed large chick flexing its wings evening of Jun 27.
Adult observed tearing into a fish on utility pole next to this platform. First one spotted for the season (for me!)
Nest empty! Chicks fledged sometime this week.
