Description
Female Osprey has used this pole nest for two years now 2013 and 2014. She sits here for hours at a time Not sure if trying to find a mate but this seems to be her pole. there are numerous lakes here in the early spring mostly stocked however. Parvin Lake should be able to support a pair and feeding family through out the breeding season. I keep thinking I will find a nest near by- but to no avail by this fall. I will continue to watch this area next spring to see if she once again returns. Possibly a juvenile who thinks this would be a great place to live. If you happen to find a nest in the red feather Lakes area please let me know, am@anglersnirvana.com, I will try to find it photo it and post them here. If you can get the long / lat readings. 40.790534, -105.576799
