Description
Due to an overpopulation of ospreys and local residents wishing to stop a pair of ospreys nesting on their expensive boats, a small platform was hastily erected 4/20/2012 to accommodate a pair without a nesting site. The structure is not to specification, and situated on a pier just north of St. James Episcopal Church, on the west bank of the Lower Machodoc Creek, off the Potomac River.
