Nest still abandoned.

Third observation of no activity at this nest. I have listed it as abandoned. There were no known chicks although one adult was seen regularly on the nest earlier this summer.

Second observation in a row that I have seen no direct activity in or at the nest. There are lots more birds flying around the area than I normally see so perhaps I just have bad timing with this one. It is unusual though.

Saw no adults on the nest and still no evidence of chicks. An adult flew by with a fish and landed on some elevated hand rails and began to eat the fish. It landed about 20-23 yds from the nest. Not sure if coincidence or it is one of the adults from this nest. Not sure why it did not go back to nest. Observation was about noon and not the typical 5-6pm time.

Was glad to see one adult, the very verbal one, sitting on the nest. Another adult was flying in circles nearby. Still lots of interest in something in the nest but no sign of chicks yet. I did get video but no new pictures.

Observed the nest for 15-20 minutes. I never saw an adult or chicks. Usually there is at least one adult tending the nest. Nest is very high and I cannot see into the nest.

Only one adult observed on the nest. Was calling a lot as if agitated or calling for mate. No chicks are visible still. Nest is deep and cannot see from vantage point.

Observed two adults on the nest. One flew away as I approached. The second remained on the nest.
