Report from local soccer club member that the nest is active and attempts to deter them to nest on the light have failed...

A friend of mine happened to tell me that he was at a soccer tournament at the Sayreville Sports Complex on Sunday 22 June 2014 when he noticed a large bird circling a stand of trees near the soccer field. At the top of a nearby light fixture they saw another large bird in a large nest. He said it appeared to be an active nest but they couldn't see it very well. This report submitted 2 July 2014.
