On 3/17/15 I observed this nest occupied by an adult Bald Eagle arranging nest materials. Only one eagle observed, and no oprey were seen in the area. 3/30.15 An adult Bald Eagle was fully within the nest, in what appears to be an incubatig posture. As yet, no osprey seen in the area. Last spring, a pair of Bald Eagles attempted a takeover of Nest #1066 nearby, but were repelled by the osprey.

I had been watching nest at Dam and on 06/01/12 noticed this new (to me) structure with an incubating adult. The nest appears to be used for yearts before on this massive Jeffery Pine, which appears nearing its life's end.
