no nest. Water tower demolished.
Nest is in okay condition. No birds spotted in or around nest.
2 adults and I believe there is a juvenile present here, though it is too high for me to tell for sure

One adult on top of water tower and one flying around with nesting material. This pair is rebuilding after their nest blew down.
