The Nest is located high atop a pole that stands along a nonfunctional railroad track. It can easily be seen from the road with nothing but an empty grassy field between you and them. They usually don’t make any noise until you take one step into the field, then they will put on a show for you! I’ve been watching this pair for the past 2 years and I’ve just noticed the Males arrival for year 3!

This nest is located on the ship canal atop a derelict ships mast and light bar. The pair that were dislodges on West Commodore Way were bothered by humans and dogs. So they packed up and moved. Trying to keep a shipyard photographer and his drone away from them.
