The base of the nesting tree is about 25ft off the river’s edge and about 50-75ft above the ground. The tree is a large pine who’s top appears to have broken off in a storm where the nest lies in a large snag, but the rest of the tree is still alive and green. I Last observed The next on 7/26/20, and there were 4 Osprey In the immediate area. It appeared to be two Larger, mature adults along with two other smaller, perhaps adolescents but each had feathers of an adult.
