Multiple nests in pines. Can be viewed from a bidding platform on the roadside. Both freaky and salt water nearby. Bald eagle also resides nearby.

Across from the secondary parking at the Sea Trail clubhouse and restaurant, Magnolia’s. There are four platforms that may have nests any given year, but also nests in the trees.

Nest near piers and a marina. Pair arrived 5/1/20. Nest has been occupied by local Canada geese for the March-May frame over 2019 and 2020. After geese leave, the ospreys move in.

Chesapeake, VA. On top of a 40' steel pile(?) where Scuffletown Creek flows into the Elizabeth River. There's a tugboat operation there. I believe the pile secures a barge.

This nest platform is approximately 100 feet from a huge communications tower that previously had a nest logged; that nest is no longer there so may have been moved to this location?

This is a new nest in 2020. It is on the south side of the water tower in the Spring Lake Public Works yard. The nest faces the North Branch of Wreck Pond. It is occupied as of July 2, 2020, but difficult to determine the number of chicks due to the height of the nest. However, an adult was observed overseeing the nest.

This was formerly posted as Nest #6669 but was somehow deleted. This nest has been active in this location for at least 3 - 4 years, and originally was across the street. It was relocated at the request of the business it was in front of.

Nesting pair as of February 24, 2017 by Karen Natoli May activity reported, but I don't see where I entered that. at this point, I believe, it was May 13 2013 that I saw 2 birds. 2 birds June 15 2013 2 birds July 17 2013 2 birds June 15 2014 3 birds June 17 2014 1 sometimes 2 birds July 2014 1 bird perched in nest July 24 2014
