Birds began nesting in chimney in 2013. Now an osprey platform has been erected on the front left of the property, overlooking Fawcetts Pond.

On W. Main St at NE Pizza House. Appeared in 2018.

Dry Dock, Raritan Ctr. was destroyed in storms, nest has been rebuilt on adjacent debris. New location is 40-29.461N, 074-19.709W.
