Located in NE corner of North Bay. Nesting plat form installed 15 to 20 years ago. Platform is in poor condition. Bank has eroded to within 1' of base, structure may topple within a year or two. Platform has been productive for at least the past 6 years.

Nest is in an evergreen tree (appears to be a Pine of some sort) above a private beach stairs that comes from the homes on the private Bluff Point Road. Easily seen from the beach during low tide. Nest located near the top of the tree and is about 3-4 feet tall and 2-3 feet in diameter.
