It appears that a pole with a sort of basket has been erected for the purpose of keeping ospreys from nesting on the cell tower where they have nested before. New pole is very near the tower and the osprey have made a nest in the new pole.

2 pair of Osprey have constructed nests on the top of the light poles in the parking lot for the Race Track. Poles are numbered #1 & #2. Fairground personel have removed them once but the Osprey rebuilt starting the next day
