Nest is smaller, but observed an osprey gliding away and saw one still sitting on nest

I watched this spring and summer of 2015 - one sat on the nest and the other would sit nearby. They seemed to be feeding their young. The nest is too high to see much

A large osprey glided into a group of tall pines near the post office and landed on a dead limb. The limb broke |(2" diameter and 5' long) and the osprey firmly clutched it and heavily flapped up to its nest. I watched while one sat on the nest and one sat on the metal bar of the tower nearby.

The nest is near the branch post office and was too high to see inside. I was only able to observe two adults at one time, but several times saw one perched on the metal frame nearby.
