As of the weekend of April 13th the nest building was definitely complete. We are not sure if there are eggs in the nest but the Osprey do not leave the nest unattended. We did see a pair of other Osprey swooping around the nest and it made one of the Osprey leave while the other stayed put. But then the three Osprey just flew in circles further from the nest for a while until the other two went away.

We missed the arrival, but our Osprey have been nest building for at least a week. We see them on weekends and they were flying over back and forth with sticks this weekend and last. There is another Osprey nest 100 yards from this one on an old duck blind and they too are building.
