Male and female are noted to be present in the nest. They appear to be engaged in feeding behaviors, though no chicks are clearly evident. They remain still and silent for the duration of the observation
One individual is seen on the perch pole, none are observed in the nest. There are no visible chicks. Towards the end of the observation, there is brief calling that lasts for less than a minute.
Two individuals sit on the opposite side of the marsh, relatively far away from this nest, but still in the vicinity. Female is unconfirmed to be in the nest, better magnification is needed to make an accurate statement. Male of the pair may be part of the two perched group.
