Nest Location Description: Osprey nest platform is located on the Ochlochonee River just east of the US 27 bridge. It has been actively used by ospreys for the last couple of years. Within the last month, the platform has developed a dangerous tilt. I can not determine who to call to fix the problem (if that is possible).

Ospreys just returned this week and are repairing nest damaged by hurricane last year.

The nest last year had a serious tilt so to my knowledge there was no activity. The power company fixed the platform this winter and the osprey pair are building a new nest.
