The female was perched in the next. She was very vocal and threatened by me. The male was perched on s nearby tree eating a fish. A blackbird and two other birds were very aggressive to him, but he didn't seem to be bothered. Eventually he flew off with the fish.
Male and female were both in the nest and acted aggressively with some neighboring ospreys. There were a lot of birds from other species also fighting with each other. The two ospreys stayed in their nest for the whole watch, acting alert.
Female and male were both in nest. After a while the male flew off and the female went back to incubating. The woodpecker that lives below them was on the tree as well.
One green parrot was on the tree. The female was outside the tree and very vocal while the male was working on something within the nest. The female joined and lay low and the male flew off.
One osprey was in the nest, but sitting so low only wingtips were visible. A second osprey was across the street on a tree, potentially its mate. Neither moved while I was there.
2 ospreys were lying low in nest, though after a while one of them flew off to a neighboring tree. There was a 3rd osprey circling overhead, potential neighbor from another nest.
Male and female osprey were in nest. There's a potential woodpecker nest below them in the tree. A lot of turkey vultures were in the area and were harassing the ospreys for about 20 minutes until the ospreys chased them off. I'll be watching for repeated actions in the future.
Finally saw a pair in nest. There are two nests on the tree. One is in middle of tree other at top of tree. Nest located at top of tree is active. Nest is in good condition. Female osprey was laying in nest.
No osprey present in nest but male osprey perched to the left of the nest, hopefully he makes this nest his because if not the nest does not look like it is going to last much longer. Also the tree that it is on looks very unstable.
There was one osprey in the nest switching between perching and laying down. There was also a very large osprey in a tree nearby, but it was hard to tell if it was the other osprey's partner because they did not interact when we were there.
No ospreys were at the nest. The nest does not seem to look like they are taken care of it at all. But there was an osprey of an unknown sex that was about 60 feet in another tree
Today around 12:30 I noticed one female Osprey perched directly next to the nest on a different branch, observing the area around her. A male Osprey was sitting in a tree about 100 yards away from her. She called out in his general direction, but we saw no further actions following.
Today we saw one female Osprey perched on the nest and then we had the opportunity to watch her chase off other birds away from the nest (possibly crows) before returning to the nest. A male Osprey perched in a tree to the immediate right of the nest.
