Nest is flat but is starting to have some structure.

The nest appears to still be well maintained, however neither of the osprey spotted here previously were observed in or around the nest.
The nest was average sized and sitting on the disc on the osprey nesting platform. A female was sitting in the nest, but was upright and didn’t appear to be incubating. No male was seen near the nest.

A female osprey was seen on the edge of the nest calling out and flapping its wings. Fledglings were seen beginning to fly

Today there was one bird in the nest! I am not sure whether it was a male or a female as it is sometimes difficult to see the residents of this nest in great detail because of the shape of the nest and locations. The nest remains in excellent repair!
Today I saw two birds in this nest as well. I am very excited that so many of my nests have pairs in them because maybe they are getting ready to have babies!
Adults arrived January 2013. Incubation began during February 2013. Chicks first seen in nest March 2013. Pair last seen at nest June 2013.
